y’know when you draw for over 3 hours..and delete it all because it’s just utter rubbish? yeah me too.
Q:Do you work out or do any excercise?
haha that’s a fun question to be asked!
At the moment I do exercise 3 times a week and it’s all generally the same: half an hour of walking/jogging , 45 minute zumba workout (or 20 minute on expert) then half an hour of core/leg/arm exercises to tone up
Also I like to aim to drink around 3-4 pints of water a day :)
